Shipping policy

We process orders within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. We currently ship within Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. Delivery to Germany, Austria, and Switzerland usually takes 2–4 business days after dispatch. Shipping is free of charge. For subscription orders, products are charged and dispatched according to the selected subscription interval, usually on a monthly basis. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by public holidays, carrier delays, weather conditions, or customs processing. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect delivery address provided by the customer or because it was not collected, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
