Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day:

on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, takes possession of the goods, or
if you ordered multiple goods in a single order and they are delivered separately: the day on which you take possession of the last item, or
if the delivery is made in several partial shipments: the day on which you take possession of the last partial shipment.

For subscriptions involving regular deliveries of goods, the withdrawal period begins upon receipt of the first delivery.

Exercising the Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear declaration, for example by email or letter:

You may use the attached sample withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except additional costs resulting from choosing a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal.

For the refund, we will use the same method of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.

Return of Goods / Return Address

You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. Upon request, we can provide you with a return label. The cost of the label will be communicated to you in advance in text form and may be deducted from the refund if you choose to use it.

Compensation for Loss of Value

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value results from handling the goods in a way that is not necessary to check their condition, properties, and functionality.

Exclusion / Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal (Hygiene / Seal)

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if their seal has been removed after delivery.

If you would like to send back your order, please return it within 14 days.

Please follow these steps when returning your order:

Send us a message at info@noviterum.de. We will create a return form for you.
Carefully pack the goods with sufficient padding so that they are not damaged during shipping.
Include the return form with your order so that we can identify the returned goods.

Please note that we can only accept unopened goods in their original sealed packaging. Ensure careful packaging when returning the products so they are not damaged during transport.

Please note that the cost of return shipping is not covered by us. Thank you for your understanding.
